Our Campus Nursery
Our Campus Nursery is designed to support the growth and development of children aged from birth to 12 months.
Our warm Nursery educators understand the anxieties and thought processes that go into leaving your babies in care, for many this being a first-time scenario. We are dedicated to not only providing quality care to your child, but to also supporting you through this time with expert guidance.
During your child’s time in our Campus Nursery, you can expect to see them learning new skills every day, such as; sitting up, crawling, walking, grasping and throwing, understanding new words, responding to their name, developing sounds, engaging in music, just to name a few.
The environment of each Campus classroom is diligently thought out, inspired by modern day and up-to-date early childhood theories and approaches to create positive dispositions toward learning, where children are encouraged to safely explore and discover, attuned to the appropriate age levels.
In our Campus Nursery you will see:
- Soft furnishings, such as rugs, to create a home-like environment and comfortable place to enjoy floor time where babies can work on their physical skills,
- Age-appropriate developmental resources, such as cause and effect toys, which encourage the understanding of concepts like object permanence,
- Items of interest at the perfect height for a Nursery child such as mirrors and sensory objects which assist with the development of nerve connections within their growing brains,
- Comfortable feeding chairs for mealtimes as well as soft armchairs for Educators to cradle your child when needed,
- Well ventilated nappy change facilities with a high level of visibility to aid supervision,
- A sleep room dedicated to accommodating pleasant and safe rest for your child with comfortable cots, appropriate lighting, and indoor windows for Educators to see the children at all times.
Our Campus Toddlers
Our Campus Toddlers is designed to support the growth and development of children aged from 12 months to two years.
Our caring educators understand that this is the ‘go, go, go!’ phase and are well qualified in caring for your Toddler. We are passionate about facilitating a fun, exciting and safe space for each child to learn and grow during these wonderful early years of curiosity and expansion!
During your child’s time in our Campus Toddlers, you can expect to see them learning new skills every day, such as; running, jumping, using steps, dressing themselves, using their imagination, learning rhymes, and counting, to name a few.
The environment of each Campus classroom is diligently thought out, inspired by modern day and up-to-date early childhood theories and approaches to create positive dispositions toward learning, where children are encouraged to safely explore and discover, attuned to the appropriate age levels.
In our Campus Toddlers you will see:
- Soft furnishings, such as rugs, to create a home-like environment and comfortable place to enjoy floor time where Toddlers can enjoy mat activities,
- Age-appropriate developmental resources, such as imaginative play toys, which encourage skills such as story formation, social skills, independent play skills and more,
- Items of interest at the perfect height for a Toddler such as mirrors and sensory objects which assist with the development of nerve connections within their growing brains,
- Height appropriate tables and chairs for children to practice their feeding skills,
- Well ventilated nappy change facilities with a high level of visibility to aid supervision.
Our Campus Juniors
Our Campus Juniors is designed to support the growth and development of children aged from two to three years.
Our vibrant educators know that this is the time your child begins to get a taste for independence and are motivated in supporting their personal autonomy, as the Juniors child engages in meaningful play-based learning experiences.
For our Juniors, you can expect to see them learning new skills every day, such as; dressing, running, jumping, learning sentences, taking part in conversations, writing, playing with others, and beginning to understand others feelings, as well as touching on their academic skills such as identifying letters.
The environment of each Campus classroom is diligently thought out, inspired by modern day and up-to-date early childhood theories and approaches to create positive dispositions toward learning, where children are encouraged to safely explore and discover, attuned to the appropriate age levels.
In our Campus Juniors you will see:
- Age-appropriate developmental resources that facilitate the learning connected to literacy and numeracy such as a wealth of books and pattern-centric resources as they begin to understand mathematical concepts and other play-based learning activities,
- Designated learning areas such as dramatic-play corner to assist with imaginary-play and a dedicated art and craft area to support the children’s creative expression,
- Children’s artwork displayed in a meaningful and respectful manner to encourage a child’s inner sense of pride as well as sense of belonging to the classroom.
- A curriculum designed to prepare children for their transition to kindergarten,
- Assigned areas for smaller group work where children are given more opportunity for 1:1 connection and small group work with their educators,
- Initiatives to encourage children’s independence and autonomy,
- Extra-curricular activities based on the children’s group interests and projects.
Our Campus Kindy (Kindergarten)
Our Campus Kindergarten is designed to support the growth and development of children aged from three to five years.
Our proficient educators are dedicated to supporting our Kindergarten children through their final years of early childhood education as they begin to prepare for the rest of their schooling life.
During your child’s time in our Campus Kindergarten, you can expect to see them learning new skills every day, such as; independent self-help skills, strengthening gross-motor skills with running and jumping, expanding sentences and taking part in conversations, academia skills such as literacy and numeracy, nourishing social skills and beginning to understand others feelings, to name a few.
The environment of each Campus classroom is diligently thought out, inspired by modern day and up-to-date early childhood theories and approaches to create positive dispositions toward learning, where children are encouraged to safely explore and discover, attuned to the appropriate age levels.
In our Campus Kindergarten you will see:
- A curriculum designed to prepare children for school, with the inclusion of facilitating relationships with local schools to assist with your child’s transition to formal schooling, and our connectedness to the local community,
- Age-appropriate developmental resources including a wealth of books and other play-based resources to encourage a Kindergarteners enthusiasm and innate learning capabilities,
- Designated learning areas such as dramatic-play to assist with imaginary-play and a dedicated art and craft area to support the children’s creative expression,
- Children’s artwork displayed in a meaningful and respectful manner to encourage a child’s inner sense of pride as well as sense of belonging to the classroom,
